I made some money moves for my PRS Portfolio just last week and then I put together my thought process into an article! I wrote ~20 pages long of article with references and receipts! For these reasons, this article will be pay-to-read.

IMO the main money move is heavily influenced based on the the current market conditions, so I do not think it'll remain evergreen. I would assume 6-9 months tops for relevancy? So I will probably unpublish the content after then. That said, I would like to come back in the future and reassess if the decision I made now is worth the shot.
I have a lot of disclaimers in the articles but one of the important one I want to put out is that AI didn't compose the article, but only give feedbacks where necessary and proofread.
